½ small cantaloupe (small = 11 oz)
1 fat-free Knudsen On-the-Go cottage cheese (4 oz or 1/2 cup)
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
Directions:
1 Scoop seeds out of the cantaloupe.
2 Fill cantaloupe half with cottage cheese and sprinkle with walnuts.
3 ENJOY!
