|1||Preheat grill (indoor or outdoor grill or frying pan) to medium high. Combine hamburger with red peppers, corn, cayenne and garlic in a medium sized bowl. Form into 4 patties.|
|2||Combine chipotle sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside. Grill patties 4 minutes on each side or until juices run clear. Remove from heat and top each burger with a thin slice of cheese.|
|3||Spread hamburger buns with chipotle sauce, top with burger, spinach or lettuce and tomatoes.|
