|1||Preheat oven to 325. Spray an 8” pie pan with cooking spray. Put cranberries and apples in pie pan. Sprinkle with 1/3 cup of sugar and pecans.|
|2||Beat egg well; gradually adding 1/3 cup sugar. Beat until foamy. Add flour, oats and melted light margarine. Beat until thoroughly blended.|
|3||Spread over apple-cranberry mixture. Bake for 45 minutes. Crust should be golden brown.|
|4||Serve with light whipped cream or low-fat frozen yogurt if desired.|
