|1||Mix together sugar, cocoa powder and cornstarch. Add mixture and evaporated milk to a small saucepan.|
|2||Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until sauce is thick and bubbly. Cook for 2 more minutes, remove from heat and stir in vanilla.|
|3||Dip the ends of the strawberries into warm sauce, coating about half. Place sections on a baking sheet lined with wax paper. Refrigerate for about 15 minutes or until chocolate sets.|
|4||Serving size (not including strawberries): 1 tablespoon chocolate sauce.|
