Ingredients - 1 15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 14-1/2 oz can low sodium Mexican stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 14-1/2 oz can low sodium diced tomatoes, undrained
- 11 oz can whole kernel corn, drained
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1 small green pepper, sliced
- 4 stalks celery, diced
- 3 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Instructions - Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 5-6 hours.
