Ingredients
  • 1 lb dried navy beans
  • 6 cups water
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3/4 cup low sodium ketchup
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 2 Tbsp dark molasses
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions
  1. Soak beans in 6 cups water overnight in large soup kettle. Cook beans in water until soft approximately 1-1/2 hours.
  2. Drain, discarding bean water. Mix together all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours.
