Ingredients - 1 lb cabbage, finely shredded
- 4 celery stalks, sliced
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 vegetable bouillon cubes, low sodium
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 qt low sodium tomato juice
- 4 cups water
Instructions - Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or under vegetables are tender.
