Expand your winter squash palate with this sweet amd simple slow-cooked acorn squash recipe.
Ingredients:
1 acorn squash, rinsed
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp butter
Directions:
1 Place whole squash in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
2 Spilt in half and remove seeds. Sprinkle each half with salt, cinnamon, and butter. Serve.
3 ENJOY!
