Ingredients
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup onions, chopped
  • 2 cups carrots, sliced
  • 2 cups celery, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 15 oz can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 15 oz can cream style corn
  • 3 cups skim milk
  • 8 oz reduced fat cheddar cheese, grated

Instructions
  1. Combine water, onions, carrots, celery, and pepper in slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4-6 hours. Add corn, milk, and cheese. Heat on HIGH 1 hour and turn to LOW until ready to serve.
