Ingredients - 1 cup water
- 1 cup onions, chopped
- 2 cups carrots, sliced
- 2 cups celery, sliced
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 15 oz can whole kernel corn, drained
- 15 oz can cream style corn
- 3 cups skim milk
- 8 oz reduced fat cheddar cheese, grated
Instructions - Combine water, onions, carrots, celery, and pepper in slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 4-6 hours. Add corn, milk, and cheese. Heat on HIGH 1 hour and turn to LOW until ready to serve.
