Ingredients - 1/2 cup low-fat ricotta cheese
- 1 8-inch whole grain torilla
- 1/2 cup chunky applesauce
- Cinnamon to taste
Instructions - Spread ricotta cheese in the middle of the whole grain tortilla. Top with applesauce and sprinkle with cinnamon to taste. Roll up.
- Place roll on a microwave safe dish and microwave for 10-20 seconds or until tortilla is warm.
