|1||Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line muffin pans with papers or use cooking spray.|
|2||Mix the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl; combine egg, milk, butter and oatmeal.|
|3||Stir until well blended. Combine the two mixtures and mix well.|
|4||Spoon each muffin cup two-thirds full of batter. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out dry.|
