Really Good! with a few tweaks...

I made this tonight for dinner with my boyfriend and I changed and added a few things and it came out really good. I used one large yellow onion, and instead of a green pepper I used one red and one yellow chopped up. I love garlic so I added three medium sized cloves. I used both can ingredients as called for in the recipe, but I did add 2tsp of basil a tsp. of garlic powder, 1/2 tsp red and black pepper mix and 1/2 tsp of the red pepper flakes This gives it a little kick but doesn`t make it too spicy. I followed the recipe the rest of the way and the flounder was cooked in 10 minutes. I served this dish over 1 serving size per person of brown rice and it really made it into a healthy meal that I`ll definitley make again!
