|1||Preheat oven to 400 F. Coat a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.|
|2||Cream margarine and sugar. Mix in flour, salt, cinnamon and baking soda; blend well.|
|3||Stir in oatmeal. Press half the mixture into pan; bake 10 minutes.|
|4||Spread strawberries over cooled mixture and sprinkle with remaining oatmeal mixture.|
|5||Bake 20-25 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Cut into 24 bars.|
