Tired of the same old chicken recipes? We have come up with a great recipe that will leave you wondering when you can have it again!
Ingredients:
4 3-ounce chicken breasts – boneless and skinless
3 tablespoons lite soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon Mirin (Japanese sweet cooking wine) – optional
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
4 tablespoons sesame seeds – light, black or mixed.
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Pinch of dry chili flakes
Directions:
1 Preheat oven to 350. Place chicken in a shallow dish and pour soy sauce and Mirin over the chicken. Turn the chicken over to thoroughly coat. Pour off any remaining sauce.
2 Combine the seeds, flour, pepper and chili flakes in a bowl. Mix well. Place the chicken in the dry mixture and turn over to coat completely.
3 Spray a baking dish with non-stick spray. Place coated chicken in the pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until done, uncovered.
4 Remove the pan from the oven and serve immediately.
5 ENJOY!
