|1||Cook pasta according to package directions and set aside.|
|2||In a large skillet over medium-high heat, saute shallots and mushrooms in olive oil until tender.|
|3||Add white wine and cook until evaporated, about 2-3 minutes.|
|4||Add tomato sauce and simmer -about 4-5 minutes. Add cream and simmer another 2 minutes.|
|5||Combine sauce with pasta and heat until warm. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and fresh Italian parsley for garnish.|
