|1||Preheat oven to 375. Spread bread cubes on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray; toast in the oven until golden, about 20 minutes. Set aside.|
|2||In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, brown sausage until cooked through. Transfer to large bowl.|
|3||Return pan to medium heat. Saute onion and celery until soft. Add to bowl with sausage. Stir in bread, herbs, broth and pepper.|
|4||Tranfer to a baking dish, cover with foil and bake 35-40 minutes. Remove foil; bake until browned, 35-40 minutes more.|
