If you love pumpkin, you'll love this pumpkin delight smoothie - it tastes like a pumpkin pie shake!
Ingredients:
2 cups canned pumpkin
1 cup canned apricots
1 Tbsp sugar
2 cups fat free milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp allspice
2 cups ice
Directions:
1 Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
2 ENJOY!
