This creamy soup combines potatoes, corn and smoky green chiles. The end result - a splendid bowl of soup!

1 | Cook potatoes in 4 cups water in a large pot, saving water. |
2 | Saute onions, chiles, bell peppers and garlic in olive oil until tender. |
3 | Add vegetables to potato pot. Add milk, half and half, corn and cayenne. |
4 | Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes. |
