|1||Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse, drain and set aside.|
|2||Strain the sun-dried tomatoes, separating the tomatoes from the oil (reserve both).|
|3||Put the pine nuts, garlic, basil and salt into a food processor and blend until combined.|
|4||Add the reserved oil and continue blending until the mixture forms a paste.|
|5||Add the tofu and blend until combined.|
|6||Toss the cooked pasta with the pesto mixture in a large bowl. Gently stir in the reserved sun-dried tomatoes. Serve warm or chilled.|
