Enjoy the crunch and flavors of this traditional favorite. Great for dinner or for lunch!
Ingredients:
Salad:
2 cups Romaine lettuce
1/2 cup red bell pepper, sliced
1/2 cucumber, sliced
1 tomato, sliced
6 olives, sliced
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
3 ounces cooked skinless chicken breast

Dressing:
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon olive oil
Directions:
1 Chop all vegetables and toss together in a large bowl. Sprinkle in olives and crumbled feta cheese. Add chicken.
2 Combine balsamic vinegar and olive oil and sprinkle over salad. Toss salad well.
