A little garlic and lemon turn plain broccoli into a stellar dish.
Ingredients:
2 cups broccoli florets
1 tsp olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
2-3 garlic cloves, chopped
Black pepper to taste
Directions:
1 Toss ingredients and spread over a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
2 Bake at 400 for about 10 minutes or until tender-crisp.
3 ENJOY!
