A delicious and fresh start to any day, this fruit smoothie is low-fat and full of fiber.
Ingredients:
1 cup non-fat plain yogurt or soy yogurt
½ cup frozen berries
½ cup frozen mangos
2/3 cup reduced-calorie cranberry juice cocktail (Ocean Spray)
3 tablespoons wheat germ
Directions:
1 Blend all ingredients together in a blender and serve.
2 ENJOY!
