This refreshing low-fat shake is a tasty treat on a hot summer evening! Use light non-fat vanilla yogurt for a lower calorie treat.
Ingredients:
3 cups apricot, sliced
2 cups apricot nectar
2 cups low fat frozen vanilla yogurt
2-1/2 cups ice
Directions:
1 Place all items into blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
