Creamy soy milk, yogurt, juicy melon, and banana make a scrumptious smoothie! Use soy yogurt for a complete soy delight.
1 cup soy milk
1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 cup cantaloupe, chopped
1 cup watermelon, chopped
1 banana, sliced
2 Tbsp honey
2 cups ice
1 Place all items into blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
