Jicama makes the perfect crunchy snack or side dish, especially when seasoned with lime and cilantro.
1 large jicama, thinly sliced
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp,cilantro, finely chopped
3 Tbsp lime juice
1 tsp salt
1 Arrange jicama and red onion slices on serving plate, sprinkle with salt, lime juice, and cilantro.
