|1||In a large soup pot, combine broth, cauliflower, bell pepper, onion and lemon zest.|
|2||Bring to a boil; reduce heat to a simmer. Cover and simmer for 6-8 minutes or until cauliflower is tender.|
|3||Stir together fat free half and half and flour. Add to cauliflower mixture.|
|4||Stir in crab meat and dill. Heat until warm.|
