1 | In large pot, sautee olive oil, garlic and onions, cook until soft. Add Chicken or vegetable broth, add tofu chunks and bring to boil. Season with ginger powder, garlic powder, curry powder and pepper. |
2 | Once boiling, add pasta and simmer until cooked. Add Spinach and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Add Sriracha per taste preference. |
