No need to wait for the ice cream truck or head to the grocery store for this childhood favorite. You can easily make these healthy creamsicles at home!
2 cups non-fat light vanilla or plain yogurt
1 small can (6 ounces) frozen orange juice concentrate
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 Blend ingredients until smooth.
2 Pour into individual paper cups or molds and freeze. Insert popsicle sticks (if desired) when mixture is slightly frozen.
