|1||Place lentils and water in a large saucepan; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes or until tender. Do not drain. Cool slightly.|
|2||Place lentils, cannellini beans, green beans, onion, celery, and peppers in a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine dressing ingredients.|
|3||Pour dressing over vegetables. Toss gently, cover, and refrigerate overnight. Serve.|
