1 | Mix together sugar, cocoa powder and cornstarch. Add mixture and evaporated milk to a small saucepan. |
2 | Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until sauce is thick and bubbly. Cook for 2 more minutes, remove from heat and stir in vanilla. |
3 | Dip desired fruit into sauce and refrigerate until chocolate sets. |
4 | Yield: 1 cup. Serving Size: 1 tablespoon. |
