Ingredients:
1 La Tortilla Factory Large Flour Tortilla
1/4 cup black beans, heated
2 ounces chopped cooked chicken breast seasoned with garlic powder, chili powder and cumin
2 tbsp tomato salsa
1/4 cup reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp light sour cream
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 small tomato chopped
1 green onion, sliced
Directions:
1 Warm tortilla in microwave until soft, about 10-15 seconds. Spread tortilla with beans, top with chicken and cheese. Top with remaining ingrediens and roll up. Enjoy!
