Ingredients - 1 cup non-fat plain yogurt
- 1-2 tsp yellow curry powder
- 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
Instructions - Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
- Serve over chicken, tofu, garbanzo beans, veggies, rice or with pita bread.
