Ingredients
  • 1 16 ounce container non-fat cottage cheese
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients and place in a blender or food processor; puree until smooth.
  2. Serve with whole wheat crackers, baked chips, baguette slices or whole wheat pita and fresh veggies such as carrots, celery, cucumber, broccoli and/or cauliflower. Or, use as substitute for sour cream.
  3. 1 serving = 1/4 cup.
