Ingredients - 1 16 ounce container non-fat cottage cheese
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- black pepper to taste
Instructions - Combine all ingredients and place in a blender or food processor; puree until smooth.
- Serve with whole wheat crackers, baked chips, baguette slices or whole wheat pita and fresh veggies such as carrots, celery, cucumber, broccoli and/or cauliflower. Or, use as substitute for sour cream.
