Good recipe, overall. My only suggestion is that you can substitute 1/2 a cup of pineapple for the 1/4 cup raisins. It`s a more traditional addition to Waldorf salad, and instead of 123 calories, you`d have 39. Then you can sprinkle a few walnuts in, for the taste, crunch, and omega-3 fatty acids.
