|1||Preheat oven to 425° F|
|2||Wash the zucchini and summer squash and cut into wedges (you can make them as big or small as you'd like).|
|3||Mix together with olive oil and salt and pepper.|
|4||Place on baking sheet, spreading evenly|
|5||Bake for 30 minutes or until crispy.|
