This recipe is similar to muesli but much much faster! This thick, creamy, fruity combination is filled with tasty whole grain goodness.
2 cups rolled oats
2 cups non-fat or soy milk
1 tablespoon raisins
1 apple, cored and diced
1 pear, cored and diced
1 cup nonfat light yogurt (flavor of choice)
Cinnamon to taste
||Mix the oats and milk together in a medium bowl.
||Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
||Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy right away or refrigerate for later.
||Yield: 6 cups. 1 Serving: 2 cups.
