|1||In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, chiles and chili powder until smooth. Set aside.|
|2||Warm beans and set aside. Wrap corn tortillas in paper towels and microwave for 1 minute.|
|3||Spread a thin layer of cream cheese mixture followed by a thin layer of beans over each tortilla. Sprinkle with green onions.|
|4||Cut each tortilla into 4 triangles. Yield: 48 pieces. Serving Size: 2 pieces.|
