Do you have leftover tahini from making hummus and don't what to do with it? This is the perfect recipe! Use on salad, as a sandwich spread or over falafels.
1 1/2 cups non-fat plain yogurt
1 tablespoon tahini
1-2 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons chives
1 Whisk all ingredients together. Will keep for about one week in the refrigerator.
2 Yield: about 1.5 cups. Serving Size: 2 tablespoons.
3 Tastes great with cucumbers!
