The smoky and spicy chipotle livens up this bowl of chicken and tomato soup. Serve with a green salad and whole grain rolls or corn tortillas.

1 | In a Dutch oven, cook onion and garlic in olive oil over medium-high heat about 4 minutes or until onion is tender. |
2 | Add chicken and cook for 2 minutes. Add broth, chipotle peppers, sugar and salt. |
3 | Bring to boiling then reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and add tomatoes and cilantro. |
