|1||Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Thaw spinach and squeeze out excess water. Drain crab meat.|
|2||In a small bowl, mix the crab and spinach together. Place sole fillet on a plate and top with a thin layer of the crab/spinach mixture.|
|3||Roll sole fillet up and pierce end with a toothpick to secure. Sprinkle with lemon pepper and lemon juice. Transfer to a shallow baking dish.|
|4||Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.|
