|1||Mix mushrooms, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic and olive oil in a large bowl and toss gently.|
|2||Heat a large sautee pan over medium high heat and add the mushroom mixture. Sautee, stirring often, until mushrooms are slightly browned.|
|3||Stir in chopped parsley and sprinkle with parmesan. Serve immediately.|
