Pine Nuts, tomatoes, garlic and basil add a Mediterranean flair to this hearty pasta dish. It's rich and bold flavor will please your palate!

1 | Cook pasta according to directions. |
2 | While pasta is cooking, add olive oil to heated nonstick pan. Saute garlic but don’t let burn. Add pine nuts and saute nuts until slightly browned. |
3 | Drain pasta and set aside. |
4 | Stir tomatoes, capers and basil into pine nut and garlic mixture. Then slowly stir in pasta while keeping mixture on low heat. Season to taste with black pepper. |
