|1||Place potatoes in a sauce pan, cover with water and boil for about 15 minutes, drain.|
|2||Heat milk until warm in a pan (do not boil), add potatoes, olive oil, milk and garlic and beat on medium until smooth (or, desired consistency).|
|3||Add salt and pepper to taste and stir in Rosemary.|
|4||Yield: about 2.5 cups. 1/2 cup = 1 serving.|
