Simple, tasty and refreshing! Creamy vanilla yogurt on top of sweet mangoes is heavenly. This is light and healthy fruit based treat!
Ingredients:
2 cups chopped mango (fresh or frozen)
2 cups non-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
Directions:
1 Place ½ cup mangoes into each bowl and top with ½ cup frozen yogurt.
2 Garnish with mint sprigs is desired. For a special touch, use wine or martini glasses instead of bowls!
3 Serving Size: 1/2 cup mangoes and 1/2 cup frozen yogurt.
4 ENJOY!
