Start your day with the taste of the islands! Pineapple and mango, what a breakfast temptation!
Ingredients:
1 cup non-fat milk
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 fresh ripe banana
1 tablespoon shredded coconut (optional)
Directions:
1 Blend non-fat milk and fruit in a blender or mix with hand blender.
2 Pour into a tall glass and add 2-3 ice cubes if desired. Sprinkle with shredded coconut and serve.
3 ENJOY!
