Sweetened grapes, strawberries and peaches over angel food cake is lip-smacking good!
Ingredients:
1 pint strawberries, cleaned, hulled and quartered
1 cup grapes, seedless, cleaned and halved
2 peaches, diced
3 Tbsp sugar
1/4 cup orange juice
4 slices angel food cake
Directions:
1 Combine berries, grapes, peaches, sugar and orange juice in a large bowl. Mix well. Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate for 20 minutes.
2 put one slice of cake on each plate; then portion the fruit and juices from the bowl on top of each slice of cake. Serve.
3 ENJOY!
