|1||Place chicken in a large pot with the 1/4 cup of water. Cover and simmer until tender, about 45 minutes.|
|2||In a medium bowl, mix chili powder, oregano, cocoa, flour (1/2 cup plus 2 Tablespoons), pepper, and garlic powder and onion along with 1 cup of water.|
|3||Add mixture to chicken in pot, mix well.|
|4||Add peanut butter and 5 cups of water to chicken in pot; mix well.|
|5||Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium. Cook for 10-15 minutes. Stir and serve immediately. Sprinkle each serving with parsley.|
