|1||Boil the cabbage whole, long enough to soften the leaves. Drain and allow to cool.|
|2||Cook the pork with the apple and garlic until done. Set aside.|
|3||Mix the tomato juice, vinegar and Splenda; set aside.|
|4||Add the egg and rice to the pork mixture and combine.|
|5||Cut out the cabbage stem and separate 10 leaves. Use the remaining cabbage leaves to line a 9 x 13 inch baking pan.|
|6||Stuff and roll each cabbage leaf with the pork mixture.|
|7||Cover the cabbage rolls with the tomato juice and add enough water to cover. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until tender.|
|8||Yield: 5 servings. 1 serving = 2 cabbage rolls.|
