|1||Spray a skillet with cooking spray. Brown pork with garlic.|
|2||Add chicken broth, soy sauce, green pepper, carrots, onion and celery. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.|
|3||Meanwhile, drain the pineapple, reserving the juice. Blend cornstarch with reserved pineapple juice and add to the skillet.|
|4||Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens. Add pineapple and heat thoroughly. Makes 4 cups.|
