So easy and so good for you! Heart healthy salmon and fresh greens make this dinner one you'll want again and again.
Ingredients:
6 ounces salmon
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
chopped dill to taste
black pepper and salt to taste
4 cups arugula leaves or mixed greens
Directions:
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place salmon in a baking dish. Sprinkle with fresh lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper to taste. Bake 10-15 minutes or until done.
2 Serve the hot salmon on top of the greens. Squeeze extra lemon over the salmon and greens for extra flavor.
3 ENJOY!
